The inaugural participation of NewVision as a community partner in AutomATAhon bagged the 2nd runner-up in, Testing Leadership Award. The Automation challenge took place virtually on November 25th, 2023, featuring participation from 12 teams representing leading software companies. NewVision’s performance was outstanding, securing a position among the top 6 teams and ultimately earning the runner-up spot on the leaderboard. Their success was bolstered by their victories in several smaller events, which contributed to the organization’s overall standing.
NewVision was represented by two teams, led by Karthik Narayan and Avinash Sharma. Saksham Sarode, Practice Head of Digital Assurance, was a prominent figure in a panel discussion, where he shared his insights on Team Dynamics in DevOps, emphasizing the importance of breaking down silos and fostering collaboration with other industry leaders. Shama Kamat played a significant role as a member of the jury for the automation challenge, contributing to the event’s fairness and impartiality.
Beyond the competition, this global event served as a valuable platform for showcasing skills and expertise, as well as a place for learning, growth, and networking. It was a testament to the collaborative spirit, innovation, and excellence that define our team.
