Anupriya Jaiswal, TECH Lead - NV

NewVision gave me a chance to look forward to my IT career once again, after I took a year-long break when I had a child. Getting back wasn't easy but I knew I wanted to learn, grow and excel in my area of interest. And in the end, it was all worth it! Under Kapil and Garima's guidance, I was able to explore new roles and responsibilities. A 6-month long project helped me learn about my strengths and weaknesses, making me more confident.

For the past two years, I’ve been working on another project where I'm progressing and evolving as a Data Modeler, Scrum Master and Product Owner. My technical and people management skills have improved immensely, and I can handle real-time challenges with ease. I am extremely grateful to Balan and Pradeep for giving me this opportunity and guiding me, so that I could choose the best path to grow.

I joined NewVision in 2019 as an Associate – Talent Acquisition, in HR Team, after a long career break . NewVision helped me mould myself into a well-rounded professional by giving me the opportunity and the phenomenal exposure. I am encouraged to work on multiple assignments, stakeholder management, vendor Management, other areas of HR and was given complete liberty on decision making. As I grew in my role, I was promoted to Lead – TA in 2 years and received – Crossed Roadblocks Award, 2021.

I am Arti Katariya from Pune. I have completed my graduation as BCS( computer science) in 1996. After a long gap, I decided to update myself in same field so I joined Q-spiders institute where I learnt Java, Selenium, SQL, Manual Testing courses. I gone through the interview process of NewVision and got selected as QA Engineer Trainee. This is one of my happiest moments of life. My Onboarding process was smooth and perfect. After joining we had basic Tosca and Selenium training which is very important and helpful for us. Thank you NewVision for giving me opportunity to learn new things and am I feeling proud as a part of growing and successful organization NewVision. I am excited to work with my full energy. Right now, I am on holidays at USA for my son's convocation ceremony. NewVision is always ahead for lots of activities like festive celebration, sports activities and creativity that results into creating healthy environment to our organization.
